I specialize in designing and improving fintech products, payment flows, and e-commerce experiences. My work at Lazada spans across Southeast Asia—Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines—and extends to international markets like Mexico and Brazil with AliExpress.
I collaborate closely with cross-functional and cross-country teams, working alongside colleagues from Singapore, China, Indonesia, Myanmar, Korea, and Vietnam to align product goals and ensure design consistency across regions.
My approach combines user research with creative design thinking to deliver solutions that are both beautiful and functional. I conduct UX research activities including usability testing, user interviews, and A/B testing to identify pain points and continuously improve user experiences.
From onboarding screens to feature explainers, from design systems to motion graphics—I handle end-to-end design processes to reduce friction and enhance overall user experience.

Worked on UX/UI for Lazada's payment domain across Southeast Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines) and contributed to AliExpress PayLater for Mexico and Brazil.
- Designed and improved key fintech products including Lazada Wallet, Lazada PayLater, AliExpress PayLater, Lazada Insurance, LazLive, and major campaign experiences
- Handled UX optimization and end-to-end improvements across payment flows to reduce friction and enhance overall user experience
- Created UI components such as onboarding screens, feature explainers, motion graphics, infographics, 3D visuals, and elements for the design system
